Howdy and Merry Christmas Backers!
Earlier this week, we were forced to break the news about another delay in our shipping that that had us all pulling out our hair. Today that all turned around. Josiah was making breakfast when he got a call that the shipment would arrive in an hour! It was a Christmas miracle, and all the world (or at least, Josiah) rejoiced!

Needless to say, the day was a surprise rush to pack and ship products out the door. We are thrilled to say we now have sent out the adventure to every backer! All that remains is a few more to send out to later post-campaign backers and vendors.
To celebrate, we have included a ton of pics as the books made their way to our garage and then back out the door!

The Update We Have Been Delaying

Howdy Backers,
This update has been sitting in the to-do box for a few days now, waiting for information to confirm our concerns. The long and short of it is that the physical books were meant to arrive last weekend but have been delayed roughly a week. We have been back and forth with the shipping company on what has happened and their answer has been a mix of Covid and the Christmas season madness.
This is a big bummer. But we are still dedicated to getting it out to you and the moment it arrives we will get it shipped out the door to you guys. To this effect, Josiah has remained vigilant since last Saturday.
There is not much more we can do but apologize for any trouble this is causing you guys. If we could have gotten out and pushed the boat here faster we would have. We have both backers and stores waiting patiently for our physical adventure and it is our top priority to get it out to all of you.
We will send out and update everyone once it arrives at our door.

As Josiah said, " A Christmas Carol Adventure" is traversing the ocean as we speak. Unfortunately, delays resulting from COVID have eaten up even more time than we could possibly have foreseen. We tried everything we could to speed up the delivery.
We are preparing shipping labels and packaging now so that we can send the adventures off as soon as they arrive at our door. Please make certain that we have your current address for anyone that moved within the last year. You will be receiving an email from Backerkit to confirm your address. If you have any questions or concerns about your rewards, please contact us at [email protected].
Additionally, we wanted to say thank you for being understanding and supportive while we dealt with the shipping delays. So we shall be sending out a discount code to all our Christmas Carol backers when we launch our new Kickstarter next year.

The Test Print Arrives!

It's here! It's here! It's finally here!
The gift that keeps on giving (mostly heartburn while Josiah waited) has finally arrived. The adventure test print has come to us all the way from China. After waiting for weeks, we are super jazzed to share it with you in the video below along with a couple of pleasant surprises for you all. Take a look!
As mentioned in the video, we of course recorded an unboxing video of Josiah gushing over the final product far beyond what is reasonable. Enjoy the cringe!
